Shop Policies
The standards that keep every visit to Ivarlux sharp — for you, your barber, and the next client in the chair.
- Appointments Only — Services are by appointment.
- Age Requirement — We serve clients 6 years and older.
- Be On Time — Arrive on time. Clients more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule.
- Cancellation — Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- No-Shows — Missed appointments without notice may result in booking restrictions or a required deposit for future appointments.
- After-Hours Appointments — Bookings after 5:00 PM incur an additional EC$15 fee.
- No Smoking or Vaping — Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside IVAR LUX.
- Respect the Space — Please help us maintain a clean, professional, and respectful environment.
- Payment — Payment is due upon completion of your service.
- Deposits — A deposit may be required for certain appointments or clients with repeated cancellations or no-shows.
